We have currently stopped shipping to Europe from our warehouse in the UK due to the large/disproportionate customs fees at the expense of our customers, that Brexit has caused in the past year. These are unfortunately out of our control and would be charged to yourself upon receiving your parcel.

Yes, ACG stands behind its products across all brands with a 2-year limited manufacturer's warranty. Any item purchased from an authorised dealer or authorised internet reseller that does not perform properly due to a manufacturer defect can be returned for a warranty replacement. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or batteries.

Product warranted against defects in materials & workmanship by NEBO Tools under terms & conditions for 2 years from date of purchase. If defective during warranty period, product will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
