Two-year Limited Warranty

This warranty covers any defects in materials or manufacturing under normal use during the warranty period.

Warranty Period: This warranty is valid for two years from the date of purchase.

During the warranty period, we will replace at no charge, products that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance. Should the product be discontinued, it will be replaced with an item of equal value.

This warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship. This includes, but is not limited to, damage caused by:

  • Improper handling, misuse, abuse, or neglect
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Water or heat damage, accidents or natural disasters

Please report any warranty claims within a timely period of the defect being identified and within the two-year warranty period. You must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you. Please provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue.
