Warranty & Returns


If the NEBO product is found to be defective during the warranty period it will be replaced free of charge. Should the product be discontinued it will be replaced with an item of equal value. The warranty does not cover: water damage, improper handling, battery life, bulbs, colour clarity, colour finish, accidents or wear and tear. Proof of purchase is required for all claims. To make a warranty claim we require you to complete the form below giving full details of the fault you have experienced together with images of the faulty product and proof of purchase. On receipt of your completed claim we will endeavour to process it within 10 working days. Should we require any further information to process your claim we will contact you. If we accept the claim a replacement product will be sent to you automatically by 1st Class Royal Mail or Recorded Delivery depending on the value of the item. We will strive to get the replacement product to you as quickly as possible, but please be patient at busy times of the year. There is no need for you to send the faulty product back to us.
